Telemedicine
You don't need to leave your home or work, to receive comprehensive primary care in the State of Florida. We use a secured and private connection, HIPAA compliant, easy to access from your phone or computer.
No insurance? No Problem!
Our consultations start at $50.00, We accept all major credit cards (with a 5% fee), Zelle or Cash App.

I am fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, which allows FNP CARE to communicate effectively with a diverse population of patients.
Refill of existing prescriptions delivered at your door
We can provide a short-term supply (90 days) for up to 3 medications at time. We do not refill controlled substances. To get a refill you must be evaluated by the Nurse Practioner and have a copy of your previous prescription. The fee to refill your medication is $35.00 (does not cover the medication) If pay with credit card, there is a 5% fee.
Primary Care Provider
Family Nurse Practitioners have the authority to order diagnostic tests and procedures, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications and other therapies. We treat minor acute illnesses, migraine headaches, anxiety/depression, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and many other acute and chronic conditions.
Obesity
Our plan includes a complete health evaluation, diet and exercise recommendations, blood work orders, and prescription medications tailored to your needs. The initial consultation is $75.00 (does not include medications and blood work). Follow up visits are $50.00 (every 4 weeks) for treatment evaluation and management of possible side effects of medications.
